The fabric feels uncomfortable on bare skin. It's like a plastic bag. I can't say anything about water resistance yet.

This is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. Really lightweight and fits perfectly. I am a size 10 and ordered a medium which is great and will fit over jumpers. I did not want it tight fitting. Big pockets. The colour is lovely.
