I bought a medium and I'm a size 14. For comfort I'd maybe take a large next time for throwing on after a swim, but this one fits me fine. It has a handy zip pocket on the front for keys or phone, and a warm pouch for hands. Managed to fit a tin of Pringles in there so it's no wee pouch 😂 there's toggles at the bottom and around the neck to keep you snug. I haven't been able to wash it yet because it's on more than it's off, so can't say anything about that yet.
